Deposits: All Deposits Are 30% Of The Total Booking Costs Payment For Booking Will Be Collected 3 Days Before Your Sailing. Payment Plans Available
Refunds
Transferable Credit Customers will receive a transferable credit equivalent to their deposit amount with a minimum of 72 hours' notice of cancellation.
Operator Cancellation In case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the customers payments will be applied towards a new date.
Cancellation Process Cancellations can be conveniently made online or by contacting us via phone. Refunds must be initiated by a member of our team so please note that after you cancel online you MUST call us at 443-972-0903 to initiate your refund.
NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 72 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED THE RESERVATIONS FULL PRICE

Weather Cancellation Policy:
Safety and Comfort Priority: At RSYC, ensuring your safety and comfort is paramount. In the event of adverse weather conditions, trips may be rescheduled or postponed.
Client Requested Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours in advance, to avoid being charged the full reservation amount.
** Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.**
